All rooms are equipped with good quality comfortable beds and furnishings, television in all rooms, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer.

The house was specifically designed by us for B&B and we have incorporated good sound proofing to all rooms for your added comfort.

We are situated just 3/4 mile (1km) north of the city centre, but we are not easy to find, being situated down a hidden private drive just 15-20 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Please request directions to find us.

Ample off road parking.

Interesting and attractive gardens, incorporating a Mediterranean theme, herbaceous borders, vegetables, lawns and pond. Breakfast is served on the outside deck when weather permits.
